Oz Clarke has done alot of beer stuff through the years. He is routinely brought out for vintage tastings and the like.

Thanks for dropping in, Paul. Yes, we’ve had a few ropey bottle-conditioned beers recently. All the cask or bottle conditioning in the world can’t rescue something which is just badly brewed in the first place, I guess.

There is no sign of beer tasting on his website. I’m sure he’s capable, but he doesn’t shout about it.

Are you missing a word or two in that last sentence? Happy to let you have a try if it passes our quality control standards. Won’t be ready til February, mind you. Seems to be loving these temperatures but I don’t want to jinx it.
