The cask Hilden beers were particularly annoying in Dublin as there was never another one ready when the cask ran out.

In fact it was the only non-porterhouse Irish beer on tap. But they had huge posters proclaiming it to be a beer festival. I would have thought that would include more than one beer. But that’s just me….

But on Tuesday afternoons it is a rather civilized place. As most London pubs tend to be.
