The reference to “warm beer” in the first paragraph completely put me off.
Then when you read down, it becomes apparent that NONE of the stuff sent over there for that event was in fact real ale – it was all filtered, bottled stuff.
I went to coment and stonch has already done it, my sentiments exactly.
